Met these two German guys with cameras on the tower. After comparing d*ck siz-sorry… camera models we started chatting a bit about politics.

They seemed to be somewhere in the middle, talking about the right in the countryside and the left in the city. They seemed a little less supportive of the green party, which reigns over Freiburg and is apparently starting to invade Munich.

Of course, then we discussed the US. Yeah, sure, everything is busted, but then, they said, it’s all Trump’s fault, it’s just because you have a crazy guy in power. I agree, he’s crazy, but I’m nervous that we’re losing the critical view of previous conservative (and sometimes liberal) policies that were similarly damaging, even if they were less in-your-face. We find ourselves, once again, considering bailing out an airline (Spirit) to make up for regulatory and transportation policy failures. In 2008, I don’t think Trump was politically relevant.

Anyways, I’ve got an egg shaped bruise on my shin where I was hit by a rock. Front tire got that thing coooooking into my leg. Hopefully, I can run tomorrow.
